A hearty Indian curry characterised by its flavourful red red sauce and tender lamb.
This is authentic Rogan Josh. Slow cooked lamb, mace, black cardamom, black pepper and lashings of paprika combine to give an almost creamy medium strength dish jam-packed with umami and dark red in colour.
