I so enjoy turning Horse chestnut it is so nice to work with. When spalted (natural process in the wood) it produces some lovely colours and patterns.

Full description
Spalted Horse Chestnut bowl, 123 x 45mm. A nice small size Spalted Horse Chestnut bowl with a food safe finish. It has a nice rounded curve shape and an in-turned rim. It has a pale colour covered with light swirling streaks in pinkish hues, with dark streaks to one side, a very nice looking piece. It has a food safe finish and would make a nice food/nibbles bowl or just a nice decoration.
