IMPORTANT CHANGE!
Due to yet another increase in Royal Mail prices I have reluctantly taken the decision to post my packages 2nd class from now on. However, a postage upgrade option is available in a separate listing.
I aim to dispatch purchases as quickly as possible.

As always, I am very happy to add a personal message from you and post directly to the recipient. Again please message me with your requirements when ordering.

I recently learned that sunflowers are a symbol of peace in Ukraine so they seemed the perfect choice for my fundraising brooches in support of the country.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Read the Folksy Returns Policy.

Full description

This sunflower brooch is crocheted in cotton. The centre is dark brown and the petals are as close to the colours of the ukranian flag as I can make them. The metal pin is firmly attached to a circle of brown felt on the back. The sunflower measures approximately 8 cm in diameter and comes to you in protective cardboard packaging.

All of the £5 you pay for this item will be donated to the Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Apprsl. The UK Government will match donations pound-for-pound up to £25 million.
