All orders are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail standard service. The postage costs applied reflect the protective packaging used to ensure your Utterly Pottery goodies arrive in tip top condition. Therefore, should you place an order rest assured, it will arrive beautifully wrapped and protected topped off with colourful tissue paper. Where possible I reuse and recycle plastic bubble wrap as I find it offers the best protection for my handmade and handpainted ceramics.
I’m always happy to add a handwritten gift note if you’d like to send the order directly to the recipient. Please include the message as you check out.

Following the outbreak of war in Ukraine at the end of February 2022, I have felt a real urge all week to create something to try and help raise funds to support those directly affected.
50% from the sale of each coaster will be donated directly to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Ukraine Appeal
The remaining £6 covers the cost of my materials, packaging & firing.

Full description
Each rainbow is hand painted on to a white earthenware coaster and available in either a round or square coaster shape. Painted in a combination of Blue & Yellow underglazes there are two unique Ukraine rainbow designs available: Mixed Blues & Yellows and a half Blue, half Yellow rainbow with a nod to the Ukrainian Flag.
A series of raised bumpy dots will surround the edge of each coaster. Once painted each coaster is dipped in a glossy transparent glaze and kiln-fired. Finally the underside of each coaster has silcone dots to prevent scratching the table top.
Due to the hand painted nature of the designs no two are ever exactly the same.
Round coaster: 4 inches in diameter and approximately 0.75cm thick.
Square coaster: 4 inches square and approximately 0.75 cm thick

The remaining £7.50 helps towards the cost of my materials, packaging & firing.
Postage will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel service.
