Welcome to SmallFlamePottery, which has just reopened on Folksy (Feb 25th 2022).
I have been selling my functional stoneware ceramics on Etsy for 3 years and have 245 sales and 72 five star reviews on Etsy > SmallFlamePottery. I'm keen to find new customers :)
I love the simplicity of the design and its contemporary style handle. The speckled nature of the glaze is developed by the gas kiln firing, which melts iron oxide particles in the clay, which react with the pure white glaze.

Full description
These bright and elegant cups, with loop handle will hold a good sized tea or coffee.
300 ml, 10 cm high, 9 cm diameter.
£12 each, two mugs currently available in this listing, contact me for a set of four
These cups were wheel thrown with buff stoneware clay. When dried to leather hard a handle was attached and stamped with my J-S logo. They were bisque fired at 1000C then dipped in a zircon glaze. Then refired at 1260 C in my gas kiln taking 3 days to heat up and cool down and developing a nice speckle from the clay.
