My mother, a small cheese-loving woman with a growing collection of mouse dolls supports my felt dyeing habit by growing the odd dye plant on her allotment and surprising me with packets of dried flowers for the dye pot.
This design very much had her in mind - a mouse that would sit up and show its sweet curious nature.

Full description
This digital pattern is to make a felt mouse.
A sweet little mouse standing upright, sniffing for treats and generally being curious about what you are up to. Make one as an addition to a hamper full of goodies, to top a cake, as a thank you or as a Mother's Day gift.
The pattern is 15 A4 pages which includes 11 pattern shapes to cut out, detailed instructions on how to construct the mouse, along with colour photographs. There are tips and suggestions as to how you can make the mouse full of personality and your own.
The pattern will be emailed to you a directly within 24 hours of confirmation of your order, usually much sooner.
The mouse is hand sewn and you will need to know how to secure your beginning and end stitches.
For one mouse you will need 2 colours of wool felt sheet, approx. 12x10cm / 5x4 inches of each. The photographs show mice made from my naturally-dyed wool felt with speckles, you will find this in my shop under Felt Packs if you want to create a similar look.
You will also need up to 3 colours of sewing thread to co-ordinate with the colour of your felt along with the usual sewing kit of scissors, pins and needle.
