Full description

All my cards are unique linocuts. I use a Victorian cast iron press and hand print each one. There are lots of skills needed to produce a good image. Knowing how deep to cut the lines on the Lino and how to move the linocut tool to knowing how to work with special printing inks and with the actual press. I’m inspired by nature and love vibrant bold pattern. Unlike mass produced cards which surface is completely flat my cards designs are slightly raised with the printed ink which gives them more life and vibrancy. They make a lovely original gift and can be framed for a longer lasting present.
