Some of my work is currently being exhibited at The National Trust, Lamb House, Rye as part of their exhibition "300 years of Lamb House".
I adore the Mapp and Lucia books by the great EF Benson and I also adore the beautiful Sussex town of Rye where the books were set. I decided to put together a row of the linocut houses from my National Trust exhibition to make this bookmark showing where all the different characters lived :-)

This beautiful, black and white, tasseled bookmark features a row of the real life houses of Rye. This delightful cobbled town provided the backdrop for EF Benson's fabulous Mapp and Lucia books. The perfect bookmark to make your reading time even more extra special!
A wonderful gift for the literary person in your life, a Mapp and Lucia fan or someone who just loves the cobbled streets of Britain! The 18cm tassel is handmade by me from Bakers Twine and adds a lovely touch as well as helping you keep your place.
Featuring artwork from my current Exhibition showing at The National Trust property Lamb House in Rye. The linocut prints in the exhibition feature the houses of Rye which were immortalised by the author E F Benson in his Mapp and Lucia books. These prints show the Rye houses where Bensons' characters lived.
Each bookmark measures 14.8cm x 5cm and is printed on FSC paper which has a laminated surface. The linocuts are my original designs from my current exhibition and I have had them printed by a UK printer onto the bookmarks and then handmade the bakers twine, black and white tassles myself. The bookmark will be safely packaged for posting.
