Hello! I am a freelance artist & illustrator, whose work is created using a mixture of chalk pastel, pencil and coloured pencil. I sell Giclee Art prints, drawings, greeting cards, wrapping paper, stickers, ceramic ornaments and coasters, tote bags and wall calendars - all featuring my illustrations!

This is one of a few illustrations I created for The Velveteen Rabbit story by Margery Williams. While I worked on this, I listened to an old recording of the story, set to very evocative music, which really helped me to tune into and create both the feeling and atmosphere of the piece. In this image, the rabbit is ecstatic to have been made 'real' at last! To me, The Velveteen Rabbit is a perfect story.

"A New Beginning" - Fairy Giclee Art Print:
A limited edition of 40, this piece illustrates a scene from "The Velveteen Rabbit" classic children's book, by Margery Williams. The velveteen rabbit is ecstatic, as the nursery magic Fairy has made him real at last!
To create this piece, I used coloured pencils and chalk pastel, collaging pieces together.
Signed, titled and numbered, with a white border
Paper size is 420 x 297 mm
Printed using a high quality 8-colour photo and fine-art printer using archival quality Vivera pigment inks, onto artist quality 230gsm matt paper.
The print can be personalised - I can add "To 'person's name' - just let me know!
