Full description
This gorgeous golden yellow rose brooch has been handmade from felted wool.
To create this beautiful flower brooch, I have used the technique of needle-felting. The skilful process turns flexible soft fluffy wool fibres into a solid 3D shape by repeated pushing and stabbing with special barbed needles. Eventually it has become an open rose flower in three shades of yellow, and two buds, all attached to a green felt stem. On the back I have sewn a silver coloured metal safety brooch pin.
This lovely yellow rose is approx. 9cm tall by 7cm wide. This would be a beautiful corsage for a wedding day, or an appropriate anniversary gift for 7 years (wool) or 50 years (golden)
As a perfect finishing touch it comes in a gift box ready for giving or as a treat for yourself. To get your lovely purchase to you quickly and safely I use Royal Mail tracked services. Save on postage for two or more items bought from my shop at the same time.
