Thank you for visiting my shop and supporting a small business. I am happy to send cards and gifts directly to a recipient with a hand written note on your behalf for no extra charge, just message me with the details.
RE-USED PACKAGING: I have quite a stock of bubble wrap and used boxes from past supply deliveries and my own purchases. I re-purpose where possible as it's better to keep it on the move and re-used than going to landfill or processing.
Some of the smaller items will be in gift boxes inside the wrap but if you are purchasing a larger gift and don't want upcycled packaging just let me know.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Last minute gift anxiety? No problem just buy a gift voucher or a combination of amounts and I can email it or them to you to forward to the recipient. NOTE : I will need the name of the recipient and a message to add to the voucher before I email it to you for forwarding to the lucky person.
Please message me with the required information and I will email the completed voucher back by return. (These details are necessary to prevent fraudulant copies and will only be used for this purpose. Thank you).
VOUCHERs ONLY REDEEMABLE IN THE WESTCOUNTRY CREATIONS FOLKSY SHOP but will remain valid until use.
I won't put a time limit on the usage but cannot offer cash refunds on the amount purchased.
However, if the recipient only wants to spend part of it, I will issue a new voucher down to a 50p amount as change.
