Hello 2024 and if you are new to my shop, a very warm welcome!
I make everything myself, I am a company of one. Bit with great support from my family and fellow artists and makers in my studio.

I love trees and Milton Keynes is full full full of them, so inspiring. So designing, stitching and printing as many as I can gives me great delight.
The vintage cotton reels are a little bit of joy as well.

A cute little hand made tree, standing proudly on a vintage cotton reel.
This range is a celebration of all things ‘Vintage Transport’ Moquette is the official name for that hardwearing fabric found on bus and train seats from the 1930’s onwards. Coming into its own with fabulous designs in the 1950’s. I’ve chosen weaves with the colours of trees and I think they work really well with my hand stitched trees - a glorious contrast of colour and texture!
I think this is the District Line Green moquette.....but decide for yourself if you want a specific weave!
I like to show the trees in groups and I’ve added a little discount code if you buy more than one.
I always have different trees in production, please ask if you see another one you like the look of, I might be making its brother.
The owl is just for show, not for sale sorry!
Please note, if you order more than one tree, they will probably fit in one box, so you’ll only pay one lot of postage.
