Beautiful and unique, these handmade dolls from my 'Amola' collection, make gorgeous heirloom gifts for friends or family.
This is Martha. A high spirited individual with striking green eyes, and her own, distinct sense of style. Martha is wearing red boots and crocheted skull cap with flower, leg warmers and snood.Today she is carrying a red bag.
She has movable joints, sits up beautifully, and would add interest to any room or display.
Each individual in the Amola collection is designed and made at home using quality recycled and previously loved fabrics.
I spend hours making the bodies and then enjoy dressing them in a wide variety of styles.
Every doll is unique, and as a consequence, has her own style and personality.
Dolls cannot be undressed and are unsuitable to be used as toys. They are approximately 45cm tall.

Martha was inspired by a friend who likes to wear matching accessories. She also has a love of nature, so the piece of fabric used for her dress was very fitting as it has a leaf print. I think Martha loves nothing better than walking in the woods kicking through the autumn leaves while wearing her red boots and leg warmers.
