Full description
This listing is for a KNITTING PATTERN to make the pictured blanket and not the actual item. This heart themed baby blanket is knit using garter stitch borders, with a stocking stitch background and moss/seed stitch for the heart motifs. The pattern is written in English.
Size - Width: 78cm/30.5in. Length: 108cm/42.5in.
Materials - 100% cotton or cotton mix Aran/ Worsted weight yarn. The pictured blanket was made using Paintbox Yarns Cotton Aran.
Yarn amounts - 540g (11 50g/1.7oz balls), 918m/1005yds.
Note: Yarn amounts given are based on average requirements and are approximate.
Notions - 4.5mm (UK 7) / US 7 circular needle, to accommodate all the stitches, 80cm/32in long,
Stitch markers,
Tapestry needle to sew/weave in yarn ends.
Tension/Gauge - 18 stitches and 24 rows to 10cm/4in using 4.5mm/US 7 needles, measured over stocking stitch.
