During these uncertain times when we have to stay at home for Christmas again, it's important to send cards to our friends and families.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged in a protective cellophane bag to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the cellophane bag.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a gorgeous set of four 3D handmade luxury gift cards.
I have made the 3D love hearts from glitter and embellished them with ribbon and gems. I have made the gift cards from eco-friendly Kraft card and given them a fantastic tactile texture. The cards come with matching envelopes too.
The cards have been finished with a blank insert on the inside for you to write your own special messages.
Put them on your Christmas tree, put them through your neighbours' letter boxes, or attach them to your gifts - there are lots of fantastic ways to use these gorgeous little cards!
They are also perfect for Valentine's Day gifts!
