I'm fascinated by tradition, especially festival tradition. The Mari Lwyd is a wonderful ancient South Wales tradition which I believe needs to be kept alive, quirkiness and all!

Full description
A handmade Mari Lwyd to decorate your tree, a great conversation starter. Based on the ancient South Wales wassailing tradition a visit from the Mari Lwyd is believed to bring good fortune in the following year. Each Mari Lwyd is unique as I hand craft each one from polymer clay, the skulls are around 7-9 cm long and with the cloth the total length is approximately 15 cm.
