Full description
Based on traditional china-headed dolls of the Victorian era, Henrietta is a lovely 27cm high doll with clay head, lower arms and legs individually hand modelled and painted. Her black hair is painted and modelled into a bun at the back with a painted blue ribbon. She has dainty little painted black boots and painted blue garters. Her body is handmade from calico and she is fully dressed in long lace-trimmed drawers, matching petticoat and a dress of very fine royal blue muslin. Henrietta is a doll for collectors only and is not a toy.
