Full description
Antique is made by recycling a piece from a furnishing fabric sample book. This piece is a lovely beige with a woven texture like sackcloth. This has then been embroidered with a simple botanical design with an ombre effect in a neutral colour palette. The design is a silvery white at the top, darkening to a charcoal grey.
The rest of the bag is made from an almost black, charcoal brushed cotton, interfaced for a bit of structure, and is lined in ivory cotton.
An emerald green zip fastening secures the main bag opening, and two internal pockets allow you to secure small items in easy to reach locations. One pocket is just a patch pocket on the front lining, whilst there is a zipped pocket placed internally within the back lining. I like these zipped pockets as a clever place to store valuables such as keys, and this is large enough to be used for those.
Bag is 36cm / 14 inches wide by 31cm / 12 inches deep.
Strap is 3cm wide and 144cm long. Antique has been designed to be used both as a cross body and shoulder bag. The strap length does NOT adjust.
