This titanium pendant necklace displays a range of attractive shades which really come to life when it catches the light.
The colouring process makes this pendant unique and one of a kind which means that no one else will have one that is identical.
I have created this beautiful pendant by hand sawing discs from titanium sheet to which I have given an attractive hammer textured finish before colouring.
The larger of the discs measures just over 2.5 cm across. I have hung the discs together by a sterling silver jump ring from an 18 inch sterling silver necklace chain.
Titanium is a hard wearing lightweight metal suitable for everyday wear. Titanium doesn't tarnish however if you wish to clean it you can do so in warm soapy water, without using any abrasives and dry with a soft cloth. Care should be taken to avoid scratching the surface as the colours are contained in an oxidised surface layer.
