The inspiration for this piece came from being a fan of a dippy egg and soliders. I had dippy eggs all the time as a child and really enjoy them now as a nutritious, easy and fun breakfast.
The inspiration for most of my designs comes from my love and appreciation of the nature and wildlife I see around me. If I see a rabbit when I am out walking I am so still and quiet in the hope of being able to take a photo and be able to sketch it when I return home.
This breakfast egg board is also made of Hevea wood. Hevea is sustainable and eco friendly which is a priority to me.

Do you Know A Good Egg? This solid wood breakfast board is an ideal way to liven up a dippy egg breakfast!
With a Rabbit wood burning art design this custom Eco friendly serving board is made of robust Hevea wood. You can enjoy a hearty meal, safe in the knowledge that this purchase will support developing countries and not contribute to deforestation. The trees used are replaced each time they fall.
The design is carefully hand burnt into the wood using Pyrography, one line at a time (no lasers are used here) This Drawing with Fire technique ensures you are receiving a one-off piece as no two can be exactly the same. The design will not rub off or fade as it is burnt into the wood.
All wood components are finished with 100% food safe mineral oil, this protects the wood, seals in moisture and acts as a barrier to stains and heat damage. It creates a surface that
resists bacteria giving you a long lasting board.
