I usually post Second Class with Royal Mail and aim to dispatch the first working day after the order is placed at the latest. I will contact you if it is to be any different.
Where possible, I use recycled packaging both to keep P and P costs down and for environmental reasons.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

The last pudding of this design.
This Christmas Pudding decoration has been handmade using specifically chosen repurposed or found materials and remnants from other projects that I hope give a nostalgic feel and contribute to a sustainable festive time. These include felted wool for the pudding, dyed and felted wool holly leaves, delicate antique lace and three mismatched buttons. (One of the buttons was on Tommy Hilfiger clothing in a previous life!)
(I have felted and dyed the wool for the leaves and felted the wool for the pudding.)
The decoration hangs on a twine loop, has hand stitched seed stitch and the holly leaves have free motion machine stitched detail.
The filling complies with British Standards EN71, BS1425, BS5825
The pudding is 10cm in width and the one that's for sale is the one pictured individually.
