If you order more than 1 item, postage will be recalculated and an appropriate refund will be issued. My cards are hand made to order and custom made item requests are always welcome.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A beautiful handmade card for the festive season with a gift-box option if required.
This card features a lovely quilled Christmas bauble which I have created with two-tone loosely coiled swirls of green and red. Tight gold coils have been used to create the effect of the top of the bauble hanging down. The bauble is on pearlised ivory card and has been mounted first on red then green card with a pretty circle pattern border and finally on a red patterned paper with white snowflakes.
The gold foil greeting on the card reads “Merry Christmas”
This ivory card measures 15cm by 15cm and comes with a matching envelope. It is blank inside for you to write your own greeting.
If you would prefer your card to be wrapped in gold polka-dot tissue paper and presented in a matching gift box then you can select that option instead. The box measures 16 by 16cm and is 1.5 cm deep approx. As the gift box will be made to match the card it may be different from the example in the photos.
Your card will be posted in a sturdy Large Letter box to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. I would also recommend re-using this box if you are posting your card.
This card is a perfect gift to keep and treasure and would also look lovely in a frame as part of your Christmas decor. Thank you for looking.
