Full description
This piece of mixed media textile art was inspired by the famous paisley design.
The curved teardrop shapes add movement and an air of fun with an ice cream colour palette of strawberry, chocolate and pistachio!
Some of the shapes have been individually hand cut from felt then hand stitched to the background, the others are hand embroidered using a range of embroidery stitches, with added sprinkles!
The background was made using acrylic paints and a technique used to blend the colours to give a subtle backdrop for the stitched paisley shapes.
Measures approximately: 18cm x 13cm (7 x 5 inches).
The piece will come mounted onto mount board and laced at the back ready to put into your own frame.
