Full description
These felt flower brooches have been made using hand made felt. The felt has been made using merino wool fibres in lots of different colours which have been wet felted and embellished with silk fibres. Pieces of the resulting felt have then been cut and stitched to form a pretty flower. The centre of the flower is decorated with an "antique bronze" petal shape with a golden yellow half pearl, The brooch is finished with a silver tone brooch pin on the reverse.
The brooch measures approximately 6cm (2.4") diameter.
Due to the hand made nature of the felt used to create these brooches, they will all be slightly different.
Brooches made using Corriedale wool fibres are also available in my shop which result in slightly more muted colours (see final photo)
