Full description
Pheasants and game birds are part of our country landscape. So stunningly colourful the male has chestnut, golden brown and black markings on their bodies and tails with dark green head and red face wattling. The female nestled in the grasses is just a simple mottled brown. This wintry festive scene, set in a misty moorland of blues, purples and browns with touches of white snow. Hand painted the image is set on a soft ombre circle of a dusty blue mist. A lovely wildlfe card to wish everyone a Happy Christmas.
