These reindeer were born out of the range of sheep wood slice decorations I made last year. My first attempt did look a bit too much like sheep in fancy dress but with a bit of tweaking of body size and shape, I’m now very happy with them.

Full description
Hand painted onto a medium size wood slice , this decoration features a sweet reindeer with fairy lights strung across his antlers. The wording ‘dashing through the snow’ is stamped around the edge in black.
It has a string loop for hanging from your tree and it’s finished with a double bow of red organza ribbon and red and white bakers twine.
The front surface has been given a coat of wax for protection.
These wood slices are 1 cm thick and average 8.5/9 cms in diameter.
