Hello I’m Karen and I live in Wiltshire ( although my roots are in South Wales ) . I’ve been a serial crafter since childhood and I studied textile design at art college in the 1980’s. Since then I’ve done a City and Guilds in fashion and dressmaking and no end of workshops and courses in everything from silk painting and basic silversmithing to calligraphy and pottery.
There are so many crafts out there and my aim is to try them all ( well... a lot of them) . I’m lucky enough to have a small glass kiln and my most recent purchase is a Cricut Maker...which I’m still trying to get my head around.
I have been selling through Instagram since late last year and the time has come to try a Folksy shop. Thank you so much for having a look.
