I love foraging for natural colours, always have whether deep in the woods, walking the moor or sploshing up estuaries for beautiful unique colours, and as an artist there becomes a more intimate connection with the artworks themselves when you have created the paints to your personal choice, oil, water , egg yolk, and mixed as thin or thick as desired, they have been used for solar dying wool, and a little pigment goes a long way!! An item to experiment with and be creative, and have a natural connection with our Earth
