A gorgeous and unique handmade charm bracelet with a sterling silver chain with a lobster clasp fastener. Featuring a really pretty and eclectic combination of Tibetan silver heart charms, little glass hearts, an acrylic flower tear drop shaped stone and beautiful glass cabochons with a selection of delicate birds and flowers.
