A lucky find at my local timber supplier, this Spalted Horse chestnut is lovely to work with and produces a stunning finished item. This bowl would be good for a decoration or any practical purpose including all food types.

Full description
Spalted Horse chestnut food bowl, 193 x 42mm, finished in food safe Danish oil. A nicely curving bowl, with a plain in turned rim. The spalting in the wood has produced streaks and lines of pinks and browns to produce a stunning but practical item.
