I love plants and flowers. I wanted to make something bright and a little retro. These colours and and the flower shape just came together into something I like.

Full description
These bright flower buttons are handcrafted and fired in my small home studio. There are hand painted with yellow speckle and flame orange underglazes.
They measure approximately 27mm at their widest diameter by 2-3mm in depth.
The buttons are bisque fired before being hand decorated and glazed. They are then fired a second time to stoneware temperature, which gives them great strength and allows them to be machine washed.
The sides and backs are not glazed leaving them with a natural ceramic finish.
