Full description
The coffin and its keeper, the Octopus.
I made this coffin and octopus pendant as part of my coffin keeper series. Entirely handcrafted with fine silver and oxidized to get these dark and unusual colours that change depending how the light hits. The gravity of the pendant is somewhere between the octopus and the coffin, so it will never hang fully straight. More quirky points for that! :) It is about 1 inch long and comes with an 18 inch long silver chain.
Please note whilst shaping the soft silver clay, a small thin part of one of its legs broke away. It's got completely solid after firing and it won't break any further. I was hesitating if I would list it in the shop but decided to adjust the price a little bit, hoping to find someone who loves the octopus little imperfection.
It comes lovingly gift wrapped in a box and an organza pouch.
Postage within the UK is first class and free.
