The name of this pattern is Pumpkin Pie which I thought was very apt and although it was an old pattern and the yarn discontinued I managed to find some in the right colours.

Full description
This jumper is hand knitted in a soft baby yarn. The bottom part of the jumper and the ribs are worked in a pumpkin colour and the top part is worked in peach. The sleeves are striped using the two colours. It has a round neck and fastens on the shoulder with three buttons.
The yarn is 55% nylon 45% acrylic and is machine washable at 40 degrees.
The pattern size is for a 6 month old baby and measures 50cm round the chest, 25cm in length and 19cm sleeve length.
