Full description
A twiddle muff or twiddle mitt can provide a great source of tactile, visual and sensory stimulation for people with dementia and Alzheimer’s. It keeps restless hands busy and soothes and comforts those who are agitated or anxious.
They also keep their hands warm and toasty.
This muff is made from a variety of wools and yarns and adorned with buttons, braids, ribbons, textiles and beads.
There are a few fiddly bits sewn on the inside too.
It measures 27cm and is double thickness with inner sleeve
Wash in cool tepid warm water
Hand wash only
Colours are mainly pinks and purples
However if there are certain colours you would like to be made up then please contact me.
