The fabrics used for the patchwork stripes are from a collection by Lila Tueller called 'Spirit'. The retro-1970's patterns and palette seemed the perfect fit for this Hobo style bag.

Full description
Two bags in one! A roomy, comfortable, reversible Hobo Bag. Either a bag with lovely retro blue rose print and brown trimmings or a multi-coloured bag with diagonal strips of fabric and turquoise trimmings.
This bag is very spacious measuring 46cm wide by 35cm high (18 inches wide by 14 inches high).
Featuring a multi-coloured 1970s feel retro-print, patchwork option quilted onto a soft wadding or turn the bag in the other way for a striking print of blue and turquoise roses on a white background. The patchwork strips are quilted onto the hidden layer of wadding giving the bag extra softness and texture.
The hidden layer of wadding gives the bag a 'substantial' feel without it being bulky or heavy. It is soft and squashy to the touch with a broad, lightly padded, reversible shoulder strap for extra carrying comfort.
All the rings and swivel clasps are solid metal with an antique brass finish.
There are two pockets each with an 20cm (8 inch) turquoise zipper closure. One opens onto the back of the striped bag the other on to the back of the blue rose bag.
