Unlike brown goldstone, which gets its sparkle from copper particles, the blue version substitutes cobalt, giving the resulting glass a more silvery glitter.

This sparkly blue Goldstone/aventurine glass teardrop measures 18mm x 13mm and hangs between 5mm Swarovski bicones in the colour "sapphire", palest blue 6mm and 4mm Czech glass pearls and 4mm blue Goldstone/aventurine glass beads.
Tiny sapphire-blue glass seed beads highlight the bead changes.
Blue aventurine glass is also known as blue goldstone or sandstone.
It is a man-made substance that comes in a number of colours.
This blue version has the appearance of thousands of tiny stars glittering in a deep blue night sky.
Finished with a gold vermeil trigger clasp.
Gold vermeil is sterling silver that has been plated with gold, and the clasp is stamped "925".
This necklace measures approximately 18 inches (46cm).
Delivery is free within the UK.
