I love making interesting, one of a kind jewellery from my workshop in West Cornwall.
All my pieces are hand-crafted, using authentic metals and gemstones sourced from reputable UK suppliers and genuine sea glass finds from my hikes around the Cornish coast.
I especially like to leave the seaglass in its original unique state and shape, as nature designed it, tumbled in the Atlantic waves.

Copper is such a beautiful rich golden colour metal. I use it for many different projects. I designed these copper disc earrings with an additional dot of silver on each for a really unique artisan handmade rustic appearance.
They are minimalist, everyday wear, a perfect affordable gift for mum, girlfriend, wife or friend.

Full description
Handmade, one of a kind, small circular disc artisan textured copper drop earrings with tiny silver hammered dot embellishment and handcrafted Niobium ear hooks from my workshop studio in Cornwall.
I cut 2 small circles from solid copper sheet, textured the circles with fine horizontal lines using my favourite texturing tool in the workshop, and drilled a small hole on each. I created 2 small sterling silver discs by melting the silver into granulation balls hand hammereid flat and soldered to the copper. After a clean up, the metal is given a patina which brings out the texture and creates a vintage antiqued effect. I chose to use Niobium wire for the hand formed ear wires. Niobium is a hypoallergenic metal suitable for people, like me, who suffer from metal sensitivity, they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. After a final polish the copper is protected with a coat of Renaisance Wax.
