This dainty poppy and seed head in a cornfield stained glass candle holder is really beautiful as a decoration on its own but when light is present the colour will increase in intensity and at certain times create gorgeous reflections and shadows.

The poppy and seed head lampwork glass beads additions have been made by me in my studio.

At night, with a lit tealight candle, the poppy and cornfield reflections transform into the stunning shape of a sunflower design.

All stained glass candle holders and additions are handmade and each one will vary slightly

I’ve always loved glass, even as a young child, when we occasionally went to watch glass blowing on holidays!

Glass in a variety of colours is always special for me. I love textures in glass and the reflections that will be seen at different times of the day and night.

These new candle holders are perfect for outdoors or indoors and were inspired by my garden, its visitors and my views to the cornfields beyond.
