I started planning and researching my Yoga & Meditation Pamper & Retreat Box when we were in our 3rd Lockdown. I felt that I wanted to create something to help people relax & reconnect to themselves in the midst of all the crazy times we have had over the past year. Working from home and homeschooling can be very challenging! I realised that telling people to try meditating is easy - but not that helpful. But, having a product with follow along how-to videos would actually be, so 'The Chakra Box' was born! Plus it's plastic free - the bath salts are in a compostable bag made from vegetable starch.
