I’m Amanda, I’m a full time wife & mum to 2 girls aged 9 & 7. I’m also a Yoga & Pilates instructor specialising in Pelvic Floor health (http://www.amandas-personal-training.com). I love to create, whether it’s Yoga class plans, crafting with the kids or helping busy families save time by creating Plastic Free, Wildlife Friendly Party Bags. They love how their kids still get Party Bags, but without all of the plastic tat or colouring books & pencils, which are just ‘meh’ according to my 7 year old! But at the end of the day what they really get is a product that is kinder to our environment & starts to increase kids awareness of our environment & planet.
