I have had this lovely soft, slouchy linen by the high-end textile house Lee Jofa, who can trace their origins back to the 19th century, in my collection for a number of years now but am unsure of its age but know that it is no longer being made.
David Easton is one of the world's most sought-after interior designers and is named in the Interior Design Hall of Fame.
I designed this padded case specifically to provide a stylish and safe holder for iPad 8th Generation or iPad Air 4th Generation devices but it would also make a lovely clutch bag, perfect for taking to those small summer barbecue parties!

A padded iPad or tablet case made from Vintage and Designer Label Fabrics.
The outer layer of the case has been made using a 100% linen fabric called 'Kitley' designed by David Easton for the English Design House Lee Jofa, featuring colourful birds perched amongst leaves and flowers, all in soft terracotta-pink, blue and green shades on a pale terracotta ground.
The inner fabric is a vintage Liberty Print called 'Willow' adapted from a Willian Morris design with delicate willow-boughs in terracotta set on a cream background.
Each layer of fabric has been interlined with interfacing and pure cotton wadding to provide ample padded protection for your tablet. The terracotta zip enclosure is at the top and has been finished with a mini, pure-suede 'ruby slippers' tassel from VV Rouleaux as a handy pull.
There is also a separate useful and roomy pouch on the front of the case, perfect for storing your ear buds, notebook or small charger.
The case measures approximately 28.5 cm wide and 22.5 cm tall.
