'Croft on the Cliff' is an original Linocut print in three colours, inspired by the beauty of the Scottish islands and wilderness.

Oil based relief inks on 270gsm high quality Bread and Butter cartridge paper.

I printed this linocut using traditional printmaking methods; due to the nature of the print process all prints will have slight variation making them unique to you.

Paper size A4 (21cm x 29.7). Will fit a standard A4 frame.
Image size approx. 10cm x 14cm.
A small edition of 50, signed, titled and numbered by the artist, me! The print you will receive may not necessarily be the edition number shown.
The print will be wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a protective brown tube or wrapped in tissue paper and protected in mountboard/pulpboard/cardboard for posting. Minimal plastic.

All prints are designed, carved and pressed by me.
I currently dispatch to U.K only.

Beautiful Scotland!! I grew up in Scotland so naturally the ever changing terrain of the land is a big source of inspiration to me. From the luscious green mountains to the rugged coastline and anywhere in between.
Croft on the Cliff is a print inspired by the Scottish islands and in particular the Isle of Mull. I wanted to recreate that freshness you experience when you are near the sea. Tranquil and content.
Someone said to me recently that this print reminds them of that feeling of breathing in and letting it all out; that release. This explains my print in one.
