Fold forming is one of my favourite techniques for making textured and unique jewellery. This technique of forging metal creates unique pieces every time.

Full description
These earrings are made from Sterling silver sheet which has been folded and hammered along with repeated heating and cooling. After unfolding the metal they were each soldered onto long silver ear wires before being finished. They have contrasting textured sections with some areas highly polished and others left to show more texture.
Each earring has the folds or ridges in different positions which shows how the original sheet was folded before the two earrings were cut from the same sheet.
They drop to approximately 3cm.
The earrings will arrive in a recyclable Aggie Toop Jewellery box wrapped in coloured tissue.
