I’ve been meaning to add legs to my birds for a while as some customers have asked for ones which can be displayed on a windowsill or shelf. This beautiful male blackbird in glossy black glass and with sturdy wire legs stands on his own sycamore block – I think he would look great in any room!
The blackbird which has a textured surface is 20cm long from beak to tail and stands 10cm tall. Complete with stand he measures 14cm. As these birds are made by hand and it is impossible to get each one identical, a slight variation in shape and size will occur - this means that yours will be unique!
This would make a great gift for bird watchers, bird lovers, nature enthusiasts and those who just love the countryside. More bird designs are being planned to join the flock – if you have a favourite which is not shown here, please contact me and I will try to create one to your specifications
Your glass bird will arrive securely packaged in as much eco-friendly material as possible. The blackbird will be taken off the stand for postage - simply slot him back in ready to display.
