Full description
This listing is for a handmade fused glass boat. This piece has been made by cutting individual sections of recycled glass and fusing them together in my kiln. Between each layer of glass is coloured glass powders and bubble powders that are similar to bubbling water textures. Each piece of glass is cut by hand and each boat is truly unique.
After firing the piece has then been displayed in a recycled wooden base made from a whiskey barrel. This would make an ideal gift for a nature lover and looks beautiful on a window ledge with the light passing through.
The work measures approximately 15cm in height and 7cm wide.
