I was inspired by the need to relax, unwind & of course self-care. I devote my time to my family & business seven days a week 8-5 I am in the Studio working, Admin, packaging orders, keeping in touch with my team & ordering, I also run a busy household. Once the evening meal is over I switch my phone off between 7-8.30, this is my time to chill & empty my mind & lighting my Favourite Candle... Patchouli Leaves Lavender & Lime Essential Oil, one in the bathroom for a relaxing soak & one in the bedroom to help me clear my mind of the days work, whilst listening to an audio book. I sometimes do admin in bed but I try not to do too long. I am then ready to sleep.
