Hello and welcome or better still welcome back to my little shop.
I hope you'll find that special thing here in the shop as I make everything by hand, welcoming the differences that these techniques bring.
So if its slick, shiny, bright colours you are looking for, that's really not happening here but warm, funny, happy creature lead pieces - you are in the right place. Step in and take a look around.

It's that small but lovely present thing I was going for. Something that has presence but won't mean you have to rearrange the whole living room to fit it in. These little wrens really do go anywhere, shelves, desks, table at Christmas and have I mentioned it's a good present for a man. Yes I'm going to say it again - good present for a man. You can thank me later.

Full description
A small bird with a subtle metallic glaze. This is not a showy, glittery bird but a gentle soft bronze glazed creature. The colour shifts with the light sometimes appearing strong and bright but at other times more refined. The overall effect is of a soft colour and almost cushioned surface.
Made in small batches no two are alike but they are at least 4cm by 4.5 cm tall. Fitting into the palm of your hand beautifully.
Each one is hand-built and fired to stoneware temperatures, the surfaces carved to add to the reflecting surface, leaving less metallic peaks as a contrast and it also gives a feather like appearance. Perky tail and beaks added later to add to the wren characteristics I am aiming for.
It’s a great little gift, suitable for nature lovers, stocking fillers, excellent for secret santa and small enough not to impose on those with limited space, hey, who says flat owners don’t love nature too!
I try to recycle and reuse packaging but not at the expense of safe travel.
