malva is a handmade and hand dyed cotton macrame wall hanging which measures approx 55 cm wide and 67 cm long. Its greyish purple tones come from natural dye stuff madder chips with iron as the mordant to fix the colour. It's an asymmetrical design of triangle shapes decorated with small round wooden beads and brushed tassels. The brass pole is not included. It would also suit a bamboo pole or wooden dowel or whatever is your preference.

geometry and asymmetry were my inspiration for this design. I think the simple shapes work well with the muted purple grey colour cord. It has a stylish feel with a touch of boho.
