I wanted to use up this beautiful yarn.
I love knitting socks, but pure wool is not suitable for socks as it does not handle friction and rubbing well and wears through quite quickly at the heels and toes.
These boot cuffs, however, are durable and great to wear!
They were also lovely to make. I especially love the lacy detail.
