This is where PhotoFairytales started: beginning way back in 2009 my signature Fantasy Portraits have transported children of all ages (and quite a few adults too) to all sorts of magical settings over the years! Each Portrait is made up of a large number of digital layers: usually over 50 elements make up each design. They’re built around your own photo so each one is unique.
I offer a free checking service before you order, so you know your photo will work with the Portrait before you pay. Full description
The magical world of fairy tales – capture your child’s imagination, placing them into their own enchanted setting! Working from your own photo, I’ll create a bespoke fantasy portrait: custom designed, carefully building layer upon layer of digital art so that your final image is truly unique. I create each Portrait individually, ensuring the composition is carefully, sympathetically adjusted to suit your photo and the design. Your finished Portrait may be slightly different to the example shown here – each completed image is unique.
YOUR PHOTO: You’ll need a good quality photo that will work well for the design (eg, showing them from head to toe, in a sitting or laying position). It needs to be well lit (not too light or dark), in focus, and min file size 250kb (although over 1MB is better!). Make sure there’s nothing important cropped from the frame such as hands or feet too!
STEP 1: Send me your photo (see the ‘Inspiration’ panel for details) - I'll get back to you within 1 working day to confirm suitability and you can then place your order.
STEP 2: Once you've placed your order I’ll create your artwork & email a proof to you within 5 working days. When you've approved the proof your print will be made.
- Your Portrait will be free of copyright watermark
- One person per Portrait
- Allow overall turnaround time of approx. 2 weeks for the full process
